I started in customer-facing roles and moved into product by taking on technical problems before they were mine to solve.
Today I own publisher platforms and follow problems from customer workflow through data, architecture, implementation, and adoption.
I make the product call, stay close enough to test it, and use AI to investigate, build, and ship.
